Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international addresses.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on orders of two or more bottles, or orders of $40 and up.
• Standard Shipping is $8 on all other orders.

Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Subscribe & Save orders

Autoship orders follow the same shipping rates and ship automatically on the schedule you choose. You can change or cancel your subscription any time before your next billing date.

Processing and tracking

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in the United States. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders

If your package arrives damaged, is missing, or contains the wrong item, email support@altirapet.com with your order number and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
