Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First Order Only)
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order only, starting from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we’ll make it right.

This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.

 with your order number or proof of purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.


Subscription Orders
Subscriptions can be canceled or modified at any time before the next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded prior to delivery.

Only the first order placed by a customer is eligible for the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. All subsequent subscription orders once shipped are final.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once your request has been reviewed and let you know if it has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

In some cases, we may offer store credit as a faster resolution.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of excessive or abusive refund activity.
