30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Order Only)
Try it for 30 days. Love it or your money back. If your pet doesn’t love their first Altira order, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. No need to send anything back, and opened bottles are covered.

The guarantee applies to a customer’s first order only and is limited to one refund per customer and household.

To start a refund request, email support@altirapet.com with your order number or proof of purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled before they are processed and shipped. Outside the first-order guarantee, orders that have been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Subscription Orders
Subscriptions can be canceled or modified at any time before the next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Only the first order placed by a customer is eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee. All later subscription orders are final once shipped.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will confirm by email once your request is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact support@altirapet.com.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of excessive or abusive refund activity.
